Offensive Mobile Penetration Testing (OMPT)

The Hacker Associate Mobile Penetration Testing training program is designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in mobile applications. Through this program, candidates will gain a comprehensive understanding of the mobile security landscape, with a particular focus on the Android and iOS platforms.

Candidates will begin by learning the basics of Android and iOS, including the sandboxing and application signing mechanisms used by these platforms. They will then dive deeper into the Android security framework and explore tools such as APK to decompile and analyze Android applications. Candidates will also gain experience in reverse engineering Android applications, identifying insecure file storage, and exploiting Android ARM vulnerabilities.

Earning Criteria

Upon successfully completing this practical training, will be awarded an OMPT badge and granted access to a 12-hour live practical exam for OMPT certification.
